Gingerbread House R.I.P.
At long last, the gingerbread house is stale and done.

I’m so glad to get my wooden tray back.

Julie – I got the King Arthur flour catalog in the mail today and was totally thinking of you. Someday, in the bright future when our children can take care of ourselves, we’re taking off to White River Junction for a weekend of crafting croissants and learning the secrets of wild yeast.

I love the King Arthur Flour catalog. It makes me want to get colored sanding sugar, which I’d never use. Have you ever been to the store? I haven’t. I always look to see if they’ll have any classes near here (which they never do).

It’s totally bakery porn. Never even signed up for that catalog – it just found me! I didn’t know there was a store, oooo!

TOTAL bakery porn. The chocolate page does me in, as do all the various flours. Maybe I NEED to have a shelf with neatly labeled bins holding flours in progressively increasing protein amounts.
