June 26, 2003. Sorry that there hasn't been too much to update about! It's gotten pretty hot here, and so the knitting doesn't quite beckon as much. Plus, I watch a lot less tv in the summer, so that cuts out some prime knitting time. But I've gotten up to the armpits on the front of Rowan Jack, so I'm hoping to have the front finished within the week. And then I'll only have the sleeves to knit. Very exciting. I'm really looking forward to having this sweater, not that I'll be able to wear it when it's done (assuming I achieve my goal of completing it before I give birth). I also started a little pair of baby socks with the leftovers from the Opal Mexiko socks. I finished one of the socks and started on the other. I'll probably just post a photo when I'm done with both socks.
